1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Aviation News Careers (the "Platform"), operated by Aviation News Online. By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Accounts
Agency accounts are subject to review and approval before becoming fully active. Candidate accounts must verify their email address before logging in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to submit false information, misuse candidate or agency data, post unlawful or discriminatory job listings, or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Platform.
4. Data & Privacy
Personal data submitted to the Platform (including candidate profiles and CVs, and agency company details) is processed for the purpose of connecting candidates with prospective employers. We apply industry-standard security practices, including encrypted password storage and email verification, to protect account data.
5. Content Ownership
Candidates retain ownership of the personal and professional information in their profiles. Agencies retain ownership of the job listings and company information they submit, and grant the Platform a licence to display that content to registered candidates.
6. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, provides fraudulent information, or poses a security risk to the Platform or its users.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". Aviation News Careers does not guarantee employment outcomes and is not a party to any employment relationship formed between candidates and agencies.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
